After 6 weeks of working out!
: @oteixfitness oh my bad lol. I didn't notice that. I just think my lower body could use some work, I just tend to have weak legs lol. I don't work them as much as I should, I guess. Figured the BBL would help, but it's impossible. Maybe I'll switch it with insanity soon, I am only really completely set on P90X, but I enjoy lifting weights is all.

: @twols24 thanks girl! You look great too. I added you bc your posts motivated me to look into paleo, is it difficult to eat that way? Not that it's hard to stick to it, but hard to find meals?
: @tvvb07 definitely not difficult to eat that way, it's just a little more work into some of the prep (more so finding what substitutes work and which don't) but there are an abundance of recipes online and quite a few I've found here! As far as sticking with it, I eat this way 80% of the time, which leaves me some room to make this feasible. I don't know about you, but I enjoy ALL food and I couldn't cut anything out completely without good cause.
: @tvvb07 plus the energy levels after your body gets used to you changing your diet after a couple of weeks is what really did it for me :)
